British Motorcycle Club Racing Set At Donington Park

Since 1931, the jauntiest and fastest of racers have gone to Donington Park in central England to compete.

Now on May 7 an eclectic and speedy collection of motorbikes from Britain’s NG Riding Club will race the storied track.

The club was formed in 1970 and has since grown to 600 competitors. That means a mix of all styles of bikes, ranging from beginner 125cc machines to 1300cc Streetstocks and Pre Injection.

Along with two-wheel action, there will be sidecar racers, and with up to 20 races expected per day
It’s going to be quite a spectacle.

Taking up the torch after the demise of the 125cc class at British Championship level, NG Road Racing plans to run a National series in 2016 for 125cc Grand Prix machines.
