Carolina Angler Snags Fish in Flooded Parking Lot

Sometimes life throws you lemons. And we all know what to do with lemons. The Carolinas have been inundated with flooding over the weekend as a result of Hurricane Joaquin. Rising floodwaters left 10 dams breached, 16 people killed, 175 rescues and countless amounts of damage, according to CNN. 

More than 800 people were evacuated into temporary shelters. And although the rain has stopped, the water levels keep rising. Those are a lot of lemons.

There are a few bright spots however. One angler decided it would be a great opportunity to do some fishing. And why not? With the water coming to him, there's no need to even put in much work. As the video below shows, the man throws a net out and bags a sizable looking fish, which he deposits into a bucket.
