When a couple of Russian fishermen trained their smartphone cameras on what they believed was a whale, they got the surprise of a lifetime when it turned out to be a submarine.
The Russian nuclear sub nearly 600 feet long was performing exercises in the Sea of Japan where the two men happened to be fishing. To their shock and amazement the giant submarine slowly revealed itself. Now we don’t speak Russian, but according to a translation by Russia Today, their reaction was extremely colorful.
“I cannot f****** believe it!” he repeatedly says as the submarine passes by. And like any great moment of excitement in Russia the men decide to celebrate in traditional fashion.
“My hands are shaking! Let’s go and get drunk!”
